BackChat Intercoms

BackChat is a simple NON-electronic intercom, complete for two people. It is amazingly effective, giving two-way (duplex) communication between rider and pillion.

BackChat also gives totally reliable talkback when used with powerboating as, having no electronics, water does not affect the operation in any way.

Typically, conversation is possible at speeds in excess of 70-80 mph. Quick and easy to fit or remove, it will fit any type or style of helmet.

With comfortable earplugs delivering the sound directly into your ear canals, you have added hearing protection. The sound is 'natural frequency', which means vastly reduced 'wind-roar', found with many electronic intercoms.

AUDIO UNIT -- SOLO - This is supplied with a stereo 3.5mm Jack Plug, and a single eartube.

The transducer is mono but with the twin earplug tubes supplied, the sound is BinAural and balanced.

Spare earplugs are supplied and easily replaced, although, as they are silicone, they are washable.
